Bonaire Becomes Home to the Netherlands Antilles' Only U.S. Patent Agent
Norfolk, Virginia - April 4, 2002 - Patent Logistics, LLC, announced today that its principal officer, Jake Richter, has become the only registered Patent Agent for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) located in the Netherlands Antilles. Mr. Richter resides on the island of Bonaire, and after successfully passing the USPTO Patent Bar Examination in October of 2001, has been confirmed and registered by the USPTO as a Registered Patent Agent, with registration number 50223.
As a Registered Patent Agent, Mr. Richter is entitled to practice Patent Law before the USPTO, including the filing and prosecution of patent applications for inventors looking to protect their inventions. Mr. Richter is providing his services via Patent Logistics, LLC, a Norfolk, Virginia based corporation, as well as through the Bonaire partner company, NetTech N.V.
